Senior Strategic Advisor, Strategy and Innovation

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC) is looking for a Senior Strategic Advisor to join our Strategy and Innovation team.  

As a member of the Strategy team, you will be a part of the division that sets our company’s priorities and goals, while also promoting our mission and vision by being a leading healthcare company in North Carolina. As a senior member of the team you will assess and clearly articulate enterprise and divisional strategies and policies, develop and oversee an emerging innovation program, and serve as a consultant to support innovation activities within the business. You will work with external partners to support the company’s desire to enable health care innovation within North Carolina and have opportunities to evolve innovative concepts into business models for potential stand alone new business endeavors. Candidates must be willing to work on projects for new subject matters that require thought leadership, vision, and a self-driven initiative to accomplish our collective team-based and corporate goals.
