RALEIGH, NC—October 24, 2011—Wyrick Robbins is pleased to announce the release of its 2011 North Carolina Executive Compensation Survey Results.
“North Carolina executive base salaries continued to see modest gains in 2011, and at a slightly better rate of increase as compared to 2010,” said Diane Tindall, leader of Wyrick Robbins’ Employment Practice Group. “CEO salaries overall increased by almost 3% in 2011, up from 2% for 2010, and CFO salaries overall increased by 4%, up from 2.3% for 2010. This trend likely reflects small gains in the economy over the past year.”
The survey focuses on company demographics, boards of directors, executive compensation practices, and three C-level positions from 53 private and 52 public NC companies. While most surveys only include cash compensation, this survey also includes information on equity compensation and other terms and conditions of employment.
The Executive Summary of the survey results is available here.
