Shoeboxed Inc., a Durham-based start-up, recently announced the raise of $1.4M in a mixed-securities offering. The cumulative $1.4M came from six investors. This news comes only a few months after Shoeboxed's recent move into a larger office space in Durham.
Founded in 2007, Shoeboxed is a local start-up that helps companies and individuals digitize, organize, and file receipts, business cards, bills and other business related documents.
