In a national survey of nearly 550 CEOs, North Carolina ranked second on the list of best states to conduct business. Texas topped the list for a second straight year and Florida rounded out the top three. Administered by Chief Executive Magazine, the criteria taken into consideration ranged from taxation to quality of living.
The report shows the raw rankings for 2011, as well as the change from 2010.
