We are very excited about Tryton Medical's most recent news! Tryton Medical Inc., a Durham-based developer of stents designed to treat bifurcation lesions, recently announced that the company has closed a $20 million Series D round of financing. The financing was lead by private healthcare investor Arnerich Massena. Russell J. Rottiers from Arnerich Massena has been appointed to the Tryton Board of Directors.
"We are pleased to welcome Arnerich Massena to our distinguished investor group," said J. Greg Davis, president and CEO of Tryton Medical. "This Series D financing enables us to conduct our U.S. pivotal trial and drive product adoption internationally."
Sounds like big things are in this company's future - and we've been happy to be there every step of the way. Tryton Medical has been a CED member since 2008, and we were happy to have Greg serve as the chair of CED's Medtech conference. We look forward to seeing what they do next!
