CHARLOTTE—MARCH 25, 2014— Cresa Carolinas, a corporate

elevated Bob McGriff to Principal. Bob leads
the Industrial and Supply Chain Group for the Carolinas.
Bob represents corporate users with site selection, facility acquisitions, dispositions, and tenant representation services, including strategic and financial planning and transaction management. In his eleven year career, Bob has worked on all facets of the industrial sector including large scale manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, complex land dispositions and build to suit projects.
