ChannelAdvisor Corporation today announced that it has filed a
registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange
Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its
common stock. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for
the proposed offering have not yet been determined. ChannelAdvisor plans
to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the
ticker symbol “ECOM.”
Goldman, Sachs & Co. is acting as the lead book-running manager
for the proposed offering. Stifel Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated
is acting as a book-running manager. Pacific Crest Securities LLC, BMO
Capital Markets Corp., Needham & Company, LLC, and Raymond James
& Associates, Inc. are acting as co-managers.
