CED Member Financial Directions Group, Inc., based in Cary, yesterday announced a merger between Financial Directions Group, Inc. and Jerry Gregory & Associates, a firm based in Fayetteville, NC. Both firms address markets in health and welfare consulting.
Jerry Gregory & Associates will become a division of Financial Directions Group, Inc.
"Our firms commitment to clients remains unchanged - to understand your objectives and help you make smart choices by acting in your best interests," said Financial Directions Group, Inc. CEO Robert Spivey in a statement.
The merger does not eliminate any jobs, according to company spokesperson Kim Feuersanger.
