Grant Thornton Appoints Dewayne Southern to Technology Industry Practice Leader

CED Mentor Partner Grant Thornton LLP announced yesterday the appointment of audit partner Dewayne Southern to the position of Carolinas Technology Industry Practice Leader. Southern is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 16 years of experience serving the technology industry.

“Grant Thornton’s Carolinas practice has been consistently focused on the technology industry so I am excited about the opportunity to lead this industry group, which serves many of the most dynamic technology companies in the Carolinas,” said Southern.

Building on a strong track record of maintaining the highest accountability and performance standards, Dewayne will work closely with the Carolinas and National Technology practice on setting and promoting the industry’s strategic direction.
