EvoApp Opens Co-Working Space

Last Friday, Evoapp held an open house bringing together the Durham entrepreneurial community and showcasing it’s new co-working space. As someone that’s a fan of the tobacco warehouse buildings, I fell in love with the exposed brick, open windows and downtown feel of the new space. Additionally since it’s across from Brightleaf Square, lunchtime meet-ups at Parker and Otis sound very appealing! Any entrepreneurs looking for a stimulating work environment should definitely check out this co-working space!

After speaking with the staff, I learned that monthly space rentals begin at $500 and range from cubicles to private offices. Everyone has access to their copiers, scanner, fax machines and meeting rooms, free parking and internet. Best of all, they have an amazing upstairs kitchen/bar that offers complimentary coffee, water and tea and has an outdoor patio (great for the springtime!) Contact Lynda Franklin at Lynda.franklin@evoapp.com if you’re interested in learning more about this space.

Congrats to Evoapp for its continued growth and thanks for its support of the local entrepreneurial community!
