Financial Directions is fielding a regional survey of benefit costs and trends for technology and life science/biotech companies. The survey is used to establish benefit benchmarks for growing companies in the Triangle and helps both new and existing employers make confident business decisions regarding health insurance, retirement plan options and other related benefits.
Financial Directions encourages emerging growth entrepreneurs to participate in their survey. While the survey should take only about 10 minutes to complete, it is recommended that you have your employee benefits summary/insurance bills nearby for reference. Topics covered include: medical, dental, life, disability, retirement and bonus plans.
